Sarah Agha graduated from Trinity College Dublin in Theology and Middle Eastern Studies. She trained with National Youth Theatre and completed summer intensives with New York Film Academy and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Sarah was awarded 'Most Promising Actor' by Larry Lamb at the Cinemagic Film and Television Awards and has been nominated as an 'Emerging Brit' by the National Youth Film Academy. She is also on the BAFTA Crew scheme, designed to connect emerging talent to BAFTA-winners and nominees.
Sarah made her professional debut as the lead in 'Operation Magic Carpet' at The Polka Theatre after which she was cast as Shatha Khalil in 'Homeland', Season 5. She can also be seen as Ilya in Season 3 of AMC's 'Into The Badlands'. Most recently Sarah was at the Royal Shakespeare Company for 9 months performing in their Autumn Swan Season across two plays 'A Museum in Baghdad' and 'King John'.
Sarah works regularly as a voiceover artist for audiobooks and video games. Other skills include stand-up comedy, piano, singing, presenting, video editing, kick-boxing and stage combat. When not performing, Sarah organises workshops for Equity West London and runs her own showreel editing company, Killer Reels.
