Sarah recently co-presented the criticall acclaimed TV documentaryThe Holy Land And Us : Our Untold Stories with Rob Rinder on BBC Two. The show uncovered what happened in 1948 Palestine using powerful family stories and testimonies. Sarah interviewed two Palestinian participants – novelist Sherine Malherbe and comedian Joanna Carolan – and also was taken on a journey to discover her own family’s Nakba story. Before presenting professionally, Sarah was the Chair of her university’s media and TV network. In the year she served as Chair, the society doubled in membership and Trinity TV was nominated for Most Improved Society, Best Medium Society and won the Societies’ Choice Award. She also received airtime on TV3 and Ireland’s national broadcaster RTE. The following year she won ‘Most Promising Correspondent’ Award at the Cinemagic Film and Television Festival and started presenting her own shows on Shoreditch Radio and London Fields Radio.
